CreditSights is a leader in worldwide independent bond research. It has offices in New York, Boston, San Francisco, Singapore, and London, and small home offices around the US and New Zealand. As Chief Technology Officer I am responsible for the general IT direction of CreditSights as well as overseeing its maintenance and implementation. I still take an active role in development, since an important part of my role is staying in touch with the latest technologies.

- Managed the implementation and continual improvement of CreditSights' content management system and quantitative analysis toolsets

When I joined CreditSights in June 2004 as a consultant, I focused on improving the development infrastructure and standards at the company. I was actively involved in several key projects that helped drive the successful doubling of the company's revenues since I joined.
- Established the Developer Infrastructure at CreditSights, including source control, bug tracking, continuous builds, code reviews, and coding standards
- Create a user identification service that allowed Sales People to identify people sharing accounts, leading to significant increase in new business with existing customers
- Implemented several major changes to the CreditSights website, including the implementation of a new Auditing infrastructure
